My pick is linked above and is first on the list below, which includes other options, free and quick or longer and more detailed. The Year Compass is thorough but also not overwhelming, it’s FREE, it’s available is a lot of languages, you can print it out yourself or fill it out on a tablet (I think there are even files that you can type in).
You don’t need to do anything today or tomorrow, but if you want to, this is something I do yearly, and I’ll likely be working through it throughout January and discussing it with patrons. Join me? 🙂 Everyone who becomes a Patreon supporter in January will get an A5 booklet printing of it mailed to them. (There will probably be other goodies shoved in those envelopes too!)
Whatever today means to you, whether today’s just a day, or it’s THE day of (or before) shift for you, or it’s one of the many days during this time of year that offer opportunity for reflection… I hope it’s a good day. I hope it offers you quiet moments, celebratory moments, restful moments, orgasmic moments, whatever moment you need today and tomorrow.
_____________
Free, short term options that will give you something to work on now, refer to later, but won’t feel like an overwhelming commitment for an entire year:
Year Compass – yearly free booklet in multiple languages and printable formats (this is the one I use and have enjoyed for a few years now)
Passion Planner – End of the Year Reflection worksheet
Productive Flourishing – Free Planners and Worksheets (including an annual reflection worksheet)
If you’re wanting an intense, detailed, and thoroughly long term deep dive, this would be my go-to. I’ve used it previously and got a lot of use out of the initial portion reflective and planning portion:
Your Best Year (Final Draft) – The final draft digital edition is reuseable year to year and is a DEEP dive. This is for a pretty structured and long term process, good for entrepreneurs, overwhelming if you’re looking for a quick review.
Your Shining Year – If you’re looking for something whimsical, artsy, and useable for the entire year, Leonie Dawson has two versions of this workbook, one for life, one for business.
