At least once per week, I make time for Intention Tea.
I also do check-ins throughout the week, and a deeper dive monthly, but the weekly tea session is the perfect mix. Want to do it with me this week?
Post in the comments on whatever day you choose. Mine is usually Sunday or Monday evening.
Here’s how mine works:
- Pick an evening weekly.
- Make a cup of something you enjoy.
- Look at your goals/master plan.
- Set specific intentions*.
- Tell others (accountability).
- Celebrate when each one is complete.
- Forgive non-completion.
- Don’t do more than planned.
*Intentions include: tasks, breaks, boundaries, dates, joy… EVERYTHING.
